As a Sourcing Specialist, you will promote sourcing and recruitment client initiatives to reach the best possible outcomes for both candidates and client partners. You will act as a creative thinker and innovator, driving the discovery and development of highly effective sourcing processes and business practices.

your responsibilities include

Managing sourcing efforts across multiple disciplines.
Maintaining a consultative approach to candidate engagement and retention.
Building strong relationships between candidates, clients, and recruiters.
Participating in intake calls and requisition reviews.
Creating and marketing compelling job postings.
Utilizing candidate assessment and selection techniques.
Collaborating on sourcing frameworks and executing various sourcing strategies.

your background

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Specialization: At least 3 years of experience specifically in a sourcing capacity. Specializing in Technical Engineering- Software and Hardware Engineering roles
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge: Strong industry knowledge and expert-level compliance knowledge.
