What’s In It For You
$23–$28/hour, based on your experience and skill level
$2,000 sign-on bonus — $1,000 after 30 days and $1,000 after 90 days
Overtime at 1.5x your regular rate
Saturdays paid at double time
Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start

What You'll Do
As a Lead Installer, you're not just installing a window or door—you’re the professional the customer trusts to improve their home.
You’ll:
Lead window and door installation projects from start to finish
Load your truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the job
Arrive at the customer's home on time and represent West Shore Home professionally
Safely remove existing windows and doors while protecting the customer's home
Prepare openings for new window and door installations
Install replacement windows and doors according to company specifications and quality standards
Complete necessary carpentry, trim, flashing, insulation, sealing, and finishing work
Ensure installations are properly sealed, weather-tight, level, square, and secure
Identify and solve jobsite challenges when existing conditions don't go exactly according to plan
Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer's home with respect
Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation
Complete required paperwork and project closeout
Return to the warehouse at the end of the day
We’re Looking for Experienced Pros
You don't need to be taught how to swing a hammer or measure a rough opening.
We're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience in window installation, door installation, carpentry, remodeling, construction, or residential installation and can take ownership of a project.
You should be comfortable:
Working independently and making sound decisions in the field
Accurately measuring openings and working from installation specifications
Working with hand and power tools
Performing demolition and residential remodeling
Installing and finishing windows and doors
Completing carpentry, trim, insulation, sealing, and related finish work
Solving problems when existing conditions don't exactly match the plan
Communicating professionally with homeowners
Taking pride in the quality of your finished work
Required:
Previous experience in window installation, door installation, carpentry, remodeling, construction, or residential installation
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Valid smartphone or smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication
