Senior SAP Business One Developer | SAP B1 Developer | ERP Integrations Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One Developer to take ownership of a business-critical ERP environment that supports pricing, order management, warehouse operations, invoicing, fulfillment, integrations, and regulatory reporting. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys working directly with production systems, solving complex operational challenges, and improving reliability across a growing organization.

As the first in-house SAP developer, you will inherit an established SAP Business One ecosystem, work directly with executive leadership, and play a key role in shaping development standards, system architecture, and future hiring. This is an opportunity to build, maintain, and enhance the systems that drive daily operations while creating a foundation for future growth and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support SAP Business One customizations, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Build and enhance order-to-cash, fulfillment, invoicing, pricing, and warehouse automation processes.
• Extend and maintain pricing logic across customer agreements, GPO contracts, and other pricing programs.
• Modify and support order approval workflows, payment terms, credit holds, and business rules.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and safely restore critical business processes.
• Maintain and enhance Crystal Reports, pick lists, labels, and document layouts.
• Develop integrations between SAP Business One and customer portals, data warehouses, carriers, trading partners, and third-party applications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations supporting live operations.
• Improve source control, deployment processes, testing, monitoring, error handling, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with business, operations, warehouse, and ERP stakeholders to understand and improve workflows.
• Establish development best practices and contribute to the growth of the internal development team.
• Participate in future hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of additional developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience taking ownership of and supporting production systems built by other developers.
• Hands-on software development experience within the SAP ecosystem.
• Strong experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or another enterprise ERP platform.
• Experience building, maintaining, and supporting business-critical integrations and automation solutions.
• Strong SQL development and database troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues across ERP systems, integrations, databases, and operational workflows.
• Experience working directly with end users and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
