A growing healthcare staffing company in Brooklyn is looking for a
motivated and people-oriented Recruiter to join their team!

thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

In-Office | Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Some after-hours
availability expected

What We're Looking For: Some sales experience preferred — entry level
welcome! Basic computer proficiency required (training provided)
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Resilient,
persistent, and comfortable with cold calling Ambitious, positive, and
eager to learn Builds rapport quickly and maintains long-term
relationships Adaptable, professional, and results-driven

Responsibilities Include: Sourcing, calling, and recruiting candidates
for various healthcare roles Making cold calls to identify and connect
with potential candidates Navigating and managing a provided candidate
database Following up persistently with leads and handling setbacks
professionally Collaborating with team members to fill open positions
