Overnight Power Washing Specialist

Principal Job Description:

Follow the Company Standard Operating Procedures as well as policies regarding professionalism, uniforms, and grooming standards.
Note and report any safety condition relating to equipment or place of employment.
Analyze and resolve work problems, assist co-workers in solving work problems.
Process and carry out maintenance work order forms/requested.
Report all completed/uncompleted work performed to Operations Manager daily.
Assist with keeping an accurate inventory of supplies and equipment’s.

Requirements:

Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
Must be proactive with strong personal drive, people person and must be willing to lead by example.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and work orders.
License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Experience/Skills:

Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities and assignments.

Physical Demands:

Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
