Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of B2B demand generation, campaign operations, or global program management experience.
Deep understanding of multi-channel execution across webinars, digital events, direct mailers, executive roundtables, and content syndication campaigns.
Exceptional collaboration skills with a track record of driving alignment across global field teams, PMM, CXO, digital, and revenue organizations in a matrixed environment.

Preferred qualifications

Experience within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth technology sector.
Proven ability to map campaign themes directly to Product Marketing launch calendars, incorporate C-suite/executive persona narratives, and align execution with sales pipeline goals.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance dashboards to track pipeline influence and ROI.
Proven ability to prioritize ruthlessly, problem-solve independently, and execute with speed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Bridge Strategy & Field Execution: Serve as the connective tissue between Product Marketing (PMM), Campaigns, and regional Field Marketing, translating global messaging pillars and product launches into integrated program playbooks.
Execute Multi-Channel Demand Programs: Design, launch, and manage scalable global initiatives—such as Meeting Makers, Direct Mailers, Virtual Research Summits, and persona-aligned Webinar series—to drive pipeline growth and target whitespace penetration.
Build & Support Executive Campaigns: Partner closely with CXO and Campaign teams to design, build, and deploy strategic programs tailored to executive buyer narratives (CISO, CIO), driving C-suite engagement and high-value pipeline.
Deploy Templatized Initiatives for Scale: Build and maintain turnkey "Event-in-a-Box" frameworks and playbooks that empower regional field teams to localize and execute programs with high consistency and minimal friction.
Support Customer Expansion: Collaborate on campaigns designed to educate the install base and drive adoption/upsell for key product expansion motions.
Measure, Optimize, & Enable: Standardize program reporting and post-campaign assessments. Equip regional Field Marketing and Sales/BDR teams with actionable insights, lead enablement assets, and clear SLAs to maximize pipeline conversion within the 90-day window.
