Client Service Representative

Pawfect Shine is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Client Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping pet owners, communicating with customers, and creating a welcoming experience for both clients and their pets.

Responsibilities
Welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments
Assist with pet check-in and check-out procedures
Answer routine questions regarding grooming services and salon procedures
Communicate customer requests and pet care instructions to grooming staff

Maintain accurate client and appointment information
Process customer payments and provide receipts
Support the front desk and daily salon operations as needed
Provide a consistently positive experience for clients and their pets

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable interacting with dogs and their owners
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Must be available to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
