Entry-Level Appointment Setter

Pawfect Shine is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Entry-Level Appointment Setter to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating with pet owners, and learning the day-to-day operations of a professional pet grooming business.

Responsibilities
Assist pet owners with scheduling grooming appointments
Coordinate appointment times based on availability
Confirm upcoming appointments and provide customers with appointment details
Update appointment information when changes are requested
Help customers select appropriate appointment times based on available services
Assist with rescheduling and cancellations
Help maintain an organized appointment schedule
Support the front desk and salon team with general customer service duties as needed

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No previous appointment-setting experience required
Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus
Friendly and professional personality
Strong verbal communication skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
