AI Engineering/Delivery Lead

Seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of multiple AI and GenAI initiatives. The role will manage day-to-day delivery activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI solutions.

Required Skills

8+ years of program/project delivery experience as an Engineering Leader, with 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, Microsoft AI ecosystem, and AI governance.
Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications

PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
