Warehouse Associate - Women's Apparel (Driver)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform combined driver and warehouse duties, splitting time between delivery routes and in-warehouse support as needed
Make deliveries in and around the Los Angeles area using company vans, following assigned routes in a safe and timely manner
Pick and pull orders accurately from stock to fulfill customer and production requests
Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are properly boxed, labeled, and staged when not on a delivery route
Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including verifying quantities against packing lists and invoices
Stock shelves and organize inventory to keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient
Load and unload trucks and vans, including using hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed
Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any issues to a supervisor
Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1 year of apparel warehouse or similar warehouse/distribution experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
Comfortable working both as a driver and inside the warehouse on packing/shipping tasks as business needs require
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periods
Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, and verifying orders
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Friendly, professional, and respectful communication skills
