Sr. Java Full stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Design and review microservices, REST APIs, integrations, and scalable application architectures.
Lead development teams and manage end-to-end SDLC.
Drive application modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
Mentor engineering teams and establish technical standards and best practices.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery activities.
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Experience with cloud platforms: AWS
Working knowledge of React/Angular and full-stack application integration.
Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, requirements gathering, UAT, and production support.
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
