Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architect to join the firm as part of our Data Center team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities
Assisting on full life cycle projects
Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
Translating concepts and information into images
Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
Coordinating with a variety of consultants
Qualifications
This role is an in-office position
Education: Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
Certification: Professional registration or anticipation of registration
Experience: 1+ years of experience required (in commercial architecture preferred)
Technology: Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.
Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required
Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing
Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clients
Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
Confident presentation ability
This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
Base Salary Range: $65,000- $110,000 annually – Chicago locations only
The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in Chicago only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
