Job description

Key Responsibilities
Review all PDLC documentation, including the framework deck, transition guidance, gate governance, glossary, and companion artifacts.
Meet with key stakeholders such as the Product Ops lead, TPM leads, Product VPs, and representative PMs and Design Leads.
Attend and support gate reviews, transitioning from a coach-led to an ops-led model over time.
Provide one-on-one coaching to PMs on problem framing, gate readiness, brief writing, and post-launch review.
Facilitate cross-functional sessions for Design, Engineering, GQA, Data, and other functions to clarify roles within the PDLC.
Conduct structured knowledge transfer sessions with the Product Ops lead and TPM leads.
Develop facilitation guides for PTD Ops and coaching guides for TPMs to ensure sustainable practices.
Expand coaching support from pilot teams to the broader organization, addressing adoption patterns and friction points.
Required Qualifications
Ability to lead productive meetings and workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and for one-on-one coaching.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to shift priorities based on engagement dynamics.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
Ability to break down problems, identify patterns, and develop approaches to solutions.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SaFE) and product management practices.
Demonstrated ability to translate Agile principles into business language and facilitate workshops for multi-level audiences.
Experience establishing Agile governance models in complex organizations.
Familiarity and hands-on expertise with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).
A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong coaching presence and experience with goal-setting.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product development workflows.
Relevant certifications such as ICAgile, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist, or Professional Product Owner (PSPO).
Working knowledge of product operating models, value stream management, or lean portfolio management concepts.
Familiarity with Figma, Miro, and MS Office.
