Job description

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop support for hospital staff, including physicians, nurses, clinicians, and administrative personnel.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network, printer, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, thin clients, mobile devices, and related equipment.
Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and standard healthcare software applications.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to user accounts, password resets, access requests, and Active Directory administration.
Set up and maintain computer workstations, nursing stations, and clinical devices.
Respond to incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system while meeting established service level agreements.
Support conference room technology, video conferencing platforms, and shared hospital resources.
Perform hardware replacements, equipment refreshes, and workstation moves, adds, and changes.
Document troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and technical procedures in accordance with organizational standards.
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate infrastructure, networking, or application support teams.
Follow hospital policies, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines to protect patient and organizational data.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of desktop support, technical support, or IT support experience.
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, printers, and peripheral devices.
Experience using an IT ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or similar platforms.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide timely support to end users.
Experience working in a healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment is preferred.
