What You'll Do
Lead Strategic Technology Programs
Drive execution across a portfolio of large-scale technology initiatives spanning multiple business units and technology organizations.
Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, milestones, ownership structures, and measurable outcomes.
Establish governance, operating cadences, executive reviews, and escalation processes to ensure successful delivery.
Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and decision gaps.
Coordinate stakeholders across technology, architecture, cybersecurity, data, finance, and third-party vendors.
Drive Execution and Business Value
Define program goals, KPIs, success metrics, and expected business outcomes.
Monitor progress against milestones, financial objectives, and value realization targets.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify execution challenges and recommend corrective actions.
Partner with finance and business leaders to maintain visibility into investment performance and expected benefits.
Promote accountability across teams and workstreams to ensure commitments are delivered.
Manage Cross-Functional Dependencies
Coordinate efforts across multiple Strategic Businesses and enterprise technology teams.
Proactively identify shared dependencies, execution risks, and opportunities for collaboration.
Partner with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and product teams to remove barriers and accelerate delivery.
Escalate critical issues to leadership with clear recommendations and impact assessments.
Executive Partnership and Continuous Improvement
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior technology leaders and CIOs.
Provide concise executive communications, status reporting, and strategic recommendations.
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms to improve planning, reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
Continuously enhance governance processes, reporting frameworks, and program management practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology programs.
Proven success delivering large cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
Strong understanding of software development, technology platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and AI technologies.
Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, milestones, and competing priorities across matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct management authority.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira, Microsoft 365, and enterprise collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Insurance or Financial Services environments.
PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
Product Owner, Business Analyst, Engineering, or Technology Delivery background.
Advanced PowerPoint, presentation development, and data visualization capabilities.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
Strong interest in emerging technologies, innovation, and operational excellence.
