Java Technical Lead

Understand the platform technical architecture and business roadmap and ensure that all initiatives are aligned with the roadmap
Design and develop technical solutions of new software development and enhancement efforts.
Coordinate coding and unit testing phases of system development and facilitate Code Reviews
Develop and contribute to domain solutions and execute changes in line with the implementation plan.
Communicate project status and technical updates to stakeholders, along with recommended action plans when required.
Coordinate delivery timelines with the team, including quality and timeliness metrics.
Coaches, mentors and delegates work to lower level professionals.
Participate actively in code development

Required Skills
5 or more years of experience in IT Software Development
3 or more years of hands-on programming experience in Java and Spring framework working in production environments.
3 or more years of experience building microservices and restful APIs using java, deployed on AWS or containerized workloads.
Experience with relational database or no-sql database technologies including Oracle or MongoDB
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers to deliver high quality, scalable applications to production
