UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and driven UX/UI Designer to take a key role in designing and building a software platform from the ground up. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thinking creatively, and turning complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

The ideal candidate is passionate about great design, highly intuitive, and comfortable leading the design process from initial concepts and workflows through a fully developed product.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive user workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces.
• Lead the UX/UI design process for a new software platform from concept through completion.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into simple, effective product experiences.
• Establish the overall design direction, user experience, and visual standards for the platform.
• Collaborate closely with developers, leadership, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Identify usability challenges and proactively develop solutions.
• Ensure consistency across the platform while continuously improving the user experience.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them forward with minimal oversight.
• Help shape product decisions by bringing a strong user-centered design perspective to the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience designing software products, platforms, or applications from the ground up.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and modern UI best practices.
• Ability to think intuitively and understand how users will naturally interact with a product.
• Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about creating exceptional products.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Natural leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and guide the design process.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with a broader development and leadership team.
