Construction Site Manager

Location: NYC – 5 Boroughs | Salary: $120K+ DOE | Full-Time, On-Site

A growing General Contractor is seeking a hands-on Construction Site Manager to oversee daily field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor schedules, quality, materials, and manpower.
• Read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with NYC safety requirements and OSHA standards.
• Communicate with Project Managers and resolve field issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.

Requirements:

• 2 years of construction experience with a GC.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations and site management.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• SSC (Site Safety Coordinator) Certificate preferred.
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site throughout NYC.
