Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 
Salary: $120,000
Location: Fayettzille or Greensborough, North Carolina

About the Role:
An ABA company is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality clinical services to children and families in North Carolina. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising therapy staff while delivering culturally sensitive and ethical care within community-specific environments.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and clinically strong, with experience working in structured, values-driven settings. They are organized, collaborative, and comfortable providing ABA services while maintaining strong cultural awareness and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments 
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise, train, and support RBTs and ABA therapists
  • Provide parent training and caregiver education in a culturally appropriate manner
  • Collaborate with schools and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible to practice in North Carolina
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Fluency in Spanish preffered but not required
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
