Case Manager

An organization is looking for a Case Manager to coordinate and provide mental health services. The candidate will conduct client assessments, develop and update individualized treatment plans, advocate for clients, and collaborate with treatment providers.
Skills and Requirements
• Prior experience or education in Human Services.
• Familiarity with mental health or dual diagnosis.
• Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Ability to implement and update treatment plans.
• CPRP, CRC, or CADC certifications a plus.

Salary Range: $40k - $45k
Working hours: 40 hrs/week
