Warehouse Manager - 3PL

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
Manage multi-client 3PL operations while meeting SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific requirements
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and physical inventories
Supervise, train, schedule, and lead warehouse supervisors and associates
Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels
Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational costs, implementing improvements as needed
Maintain accurate data and reporting within the WMS
Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and warehouse cleanliness
Support onboarding of new clients and implementation of new operational workflows
