Project Manager - Immersive Audiovisual

Manage multiple AV, LED display, and experiential technology projects from kickoff through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes, and resource plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Coordinate activities between architects, general contractors, consultants, IT teams, engineers, fabricators, and installation crews.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure successful execution.
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays or budget overruns.
Oversee procurement, logistics, equipment delivery, and installation schedules.
Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, change orders, and forecasting.
Ensure all installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to validate system designs and implementation plans.
Manage documentation, contracts, project reports, and closeout materials.
Drive continuous process improvement to enhance project delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
