Regional Clinical Director

Oversee and mentor Directors of Nursing, clinical leaders, and nursing staff across assigned facilities

Monitor and support compliance with DOH regulations, infection control, and survey readiness

Partner with Facility Administrators and Regional executives to address challenges and implement best practices

Conduct facility evaluations and create corrective action plans when necessary

Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of clinical leadership staff

Provide clinical expertise and serve as a resource for problem-solving and mentorship

Travel regularly across facilities in the Upstate NY region
