Hospital Liaison

Promote Centers Health Care’s services and facilities to hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive admissions and grow brand awareness.
Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to local healthcare providers and organizations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of our services within the local community.
Plan and attend networking events, health fairs, and local community outreach activities.
Educate referral sources on the full range of services offered by Centers Health Care.
Provide regular reporting on marketing activities and progress toward goals.
Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, families, and referral sources in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in creating and distributing content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
