Donor Relations Specialist

Job Description

I’m looking for a Donor Relations Specialist to join a nonprofit team, based in Jerusalem. $25/hour + potential bonuses 2 days/week in Jerusalem offices IST 3 days/week from home American working hours Growth opportunities and bonus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with donors through phone, email, text, and other personal outreach.
• Thank supporters, understand their interests, share impact, follow up consistently, and help turn one-time donors into long-term partners.
• Make confident outbound & inbound donor calls.
• Develop genuine, lasting donor relationships.
• Track and update donor information in Salesforce/CRM.
• Follow a structured donor engagement process.
• Help donors feel connected to the mission they’re supporting.

Qualifications

• Confident, warm & relationship-driven.
• A strong communicator and natural nurturer.
• Organized, persistent & tech-savvy.
• Comfortable with consistent phone outreach and follow-up.
• Familiar with the nonprofit world.
• Someone who can truly own the donor relationship.
