Compensation: $125,000–$175,000
Location: Monsey, NY / Greater Lakewood, NJ Area
Work Arrangement: In-Person / Hybrid / Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a strong Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who can own technical solutions end-to-end and use AI to materially improve engineering speed and quality.

This is not an AI Engineer role. You will build and support complex, business-critical SaaS applications using .NET/C#, Angular, and SQL Server, while using modern AI development tools throughout the engineering lifecycle.

The right engineer does more than write code. You will understand the problem, challenge requirements, determine the right technical approach, validate what is built, and take ownership through production.

What You’ll Own

• Own solutions from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, and production readiness.
• Build scalable, reliable applications using .NET/C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Use AI to accelerate codebase investigation, planning, development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Direct and validate AI-generated work rather than relying on it blindly.
• Identify edge cases, dependencies, performance risks, security concerns, and data impact before release.
• Own production issues and defects related to the solutions you build.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with .NET/C# and Angular.
• Strong SQL Server and relational database experience.
• Strong architecture, systems-design, debugging, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, scalable applications, or complex workflows.
• Hands-on use of modern AI development tools as part of your engineering workflow.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity and make sound technical decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare, payroll, HCM, fintech, or other business-critical SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Hangfire, Azure Service Bus, SignalR, DevExtreme, or similar technologies.
• Experience with high-volume data, background processing, integrations, or transactional systems.
