Logistics Manager

Travel Company seeking a concierge provider for high profile families- to execute logistics of trip as well as provide live support throughout the trip via WhatsApp.

4 days a week in the office in Ramat Eshkol, approx. 9-3 pm. Rest of the hours in the evenings to speak to clients in America- in total, 8 hrs/day.

Tasks include:
*Front end*: Customer service- Understanding clients’ needs and preferences, providing high-level, quick, friendly service.

*Backend*: Coordinating logistics and booking their trip – lots of little details!

Qualifications:
Friendly with interpersonal skills
Great at logistics
Organized and detail-oriented
Creative, problem solver
Proficiency in Excel and comfortable on the computer
Experience in the trip planning/travel industry or/and similar logistics.

Musts:
Must have WhatsApp and Google on your phone
Fluency in English and conversational Hebrew
Available to work in Israel long-term
Planning to be here for August
Planning to be in Israel for most Chagim
