What You Need to Know

Client Care Liaison Qualifications:

High School or GED required
Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable
Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Required

Client Care Liaison Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with insurance payors and Long-term care plans.
Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
Secure and track service authorizations for home care services.
Resolve billing, claims, and reimbursement issues.
Stay informed of payor policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
Monitor authorization and reimbursement activity for process improvements.
Support community outreach and health plan marketing activities.
