Job description

What You’ll Do
Drive membership sales and revenue by proactively engaging prospects, following up on leads, conducting tours, presenting membership options, and closing new memberships.

Build genuine relationships with prospective and existing members, turning first visits into long-term memberships and loyal advocates.

Own the sales journey from initial inquiry through conversion, while creating a personalized experience that reflects the Union Padel Club brand.

Develop corporate partnerships, community relationships, and local outreach opportunities that generate new leads, memberships, and club awareness.

Proactively engage with members to identify opportunities to increase participation, introduce programming, and drive additional revenue.

Collaborate with programming, coaching, and operations teams to develop clinics, leagues, social events, tournaments, and experiences that support membership growth and club utilization.

Be a visible leader on the club floor—greeting members and guests, answering questions, solving problems, and creating an energetic and welcoming environment.

Support daily club operations and front-line service as needed, helping ensure the club is running smoothly and every member interaction reflects our hospitality standards.

Track sales activity, follow up consistently, and use data and performance insights to identify opportunities for growth.

Help create a culture where sales and service go hand in hand and every team member understands their role in growing the club.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to be at the center of the action. You’ll spend time selling, building relationships, engaging with members, and supporting the daily operation of the club.

Who You Are
A natural salesperson and relationship builder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating opportunities.

Motivated by goals, results, and a strong commission opportunity.

Confident leading sales conversations, conducting tours, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.

Energized by a fast-paced, social, high-touch environment where no two days are exactly the same.

Comfortable moving between proactive sales outreach, member engagement, hospitality, and day-to-day club operations.

Strong communicator with excellent follow-through, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Someone who takes ownership, brings positive energy, and leads from the front.

Ideally experienced in fitness, sports clubs, hospitality, membership sales, real estate, events, or another relationship-driven sales environment—but the right attitude, drive, and sales ability matter most.

Why You’ll Love It Here
$45,000 base salary + commission

Target total compensation of $70,000–$80,000

Meaningful upside for strong sales performance

Complimentary membership access

Opportunity to help build something special in one of the fastest-growing sports in the world

A beautiful, high-energy facility where sport, wellness, hospitality, and community come together

Collaborative team environment with opportunities to grow with the club

If you’re competitive, entrepreneurial, and energized by turning relationships into results—and you want to help build the membership and community of Chicago’s premier padel destination—we’d love to meet you.
