Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

The Staff Physical Therapist provides specific physical therapy services aimed at assisting the patient in regaining an
optimal level of ability in gross motor skills, muscular strength and function, mobility, the reduction of pain, and the
improvement in the loss of skin/tissue integrity. The Staff Physical therapist provides individualized care based upon
needs of the patient and family.

Requirements

License Requirements:
Must meet all requirements of The Maryland State Board of PT Examiners, and licensed by this regulatory agency with a PT license.

Certification Requirements:
Level C CPR certification for healthcare providers (BLS is acceptable)

Age-Specific Care provided for:
Pediatrics
Adolescents
Adults
Geriatrics

Acute care experience preferred but not required.

Salary Information

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
