Growing home care agency seeking a Field RN to conduct client assessments, perform home visits, develop and adjust care plans, and provide training and guidance to Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants. Field-based position with flexibility — no office time required. Requires a current NYS RN license, at least one year of nursing experience (home care preferred), and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
