Early Childhood Educator at Sherith Israel Preschool - San Francisco

Sherith Israel Preschool is seeking a passionate, experienced, and reflective Early Childhood Lead Teacher to join our collaborative team. Our preschool serves children ages 2–5 in a play-based, Reggio Emilia-inspired program rooted in Jewish values. We believe children are capable, curious learners and are looking for an educator who creates meaningful, engaging learning experiences while building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. As the Lead Teacher, you will guide a classroom of 3- to 4-year-olds, fostering curiosity, creativity, independence, and a strong sense of belonging in a warm, inclusive environment with low teacher-to-child ratios.
