Salary: $80,000–$140,000, based on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer & Sales Specialist who can take customers through the full process—from initial consultation and design to closing the sale and signing the contract.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (or 5:00 PM)
Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Responsibilities

Meet with customers to understand their style, space, needs, and budget

Design functional, attractive custom kitchens

Prepare layouts, presentations, quotes, and revisions

Recommend cabinetry, finishes, materials, and features

Guide customers confidently through the design and sales process

Follow up with prospects and close sales

Manage projects from consultation through signed contract

Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth handoff

Qualifications

3–5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience

Experience designing custom kitchens

Proficiency in 2020 Design or AutoKitchen

Strong sales, communication, and customer-service skills

Confident leading consultations and closing sales

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

No certifications or licenses required — relevant experience is what matters.
