Visitor Experience Leader

🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help to provide a world-class, hands-on experience for visitors by engaging & instructing the packing process to multiple groups throughout the volunteering sessions.

Take fun pictures of the volunteers’ experience to later be sent to the volunteers.

Collect email information of volunteers.

Assure that the packing bins are full for use by the volunteers and re-stock stations.

Clear the packing areas and get them ready between volunteer visits.

Follow the Experience Team Leader’s instructions to create a World-class positive experience for our volunteers.

⭐ REQUIREMENTS: Mother tongue – level English (necessary), good level of spoken Hebrew (preferred). Reliable and conscientious. Solid customer service & communication skills; outgoing and friendly personality. Confident, energetic, takes initiative. Strong ability to follow and communicate instructions as well as multitasking abilities.

POSITION: Full-time (8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM), Sunday–Thursday. Occasionally available to lead groups outside of regular hours.
Starting immediately until the end of the Chagim (with an option to continue).
