Position Overview

Established ABA company seeking an ABA Medical Billing Supervisor to oversee a team of 3 and manage billing operations end-to-end. This is a hands-on role focused on clean claims, collections, and overall billing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee ABA billing operations and team performance
Manage and support a team of 3 billers
Submit, track, and follow up on claims
Handle denials, rejections, and appeals
Monitor AR, collections, and aging
Ensure authorizations align with billing
Improve processes and maintain compliance
Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Direct ABA billing experience required
Experience overseeing or managing a billing team required
Strong knowledge of ABA CPT codes and payer requirements
Experience with EMR systems, preferably CentralReach
Strong background in AR, collections, and denial management
Able to work independently in a remote environment
