As our portfolio grows, we're building a centralized marketing organization to support multiple companies from one strategic marketing function.

The creative team already exists.

What we need is a leader.

Someone who can create strategy, prioritize initiatives, align marketing with business goals, and build accountability across the department.

What You'll Own

Lead marketing strategy across multiple portfolio companies
Manage and develop an internal team of web developers, designers, strategists, and social media professionals
Own digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, branding, content, and lead generation
Prioritize projects and marketing investments based on business impact
Establish KPIs and measure marketing performance
Partner closely with executive leadership and Sales to support company growth
Build scalable processes, accountability, and operational discipline within the marketing department
What We're Looking For

7+ years of marketing leadership experience
Experience leading internal marketing teams
Strong digital marketing background, including Meta Ads and SEO
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets
Data-driven decision maker who understands marketing ROI
Strong leadership, coaching, and project prioritization skills
