Job description

What You Will Work On Sell and lead delivery of Change Management advisory engagements, including change strategy, change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder and sponsor engagement, communications planning, learning and development strategy, training design, adoption measurement, implementation support, and sustainment planning. Manage end-to-end project execution or key workstreams across complex client programs, ensuring quality, timelines, adoption outcomes, and client satisfaction. Contribute to execution of: Change management roadmaps, stakeholder strategies, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, communications, learning needs analyses, training plans, adoption plans, and resistance management approaches. AI-enabled transformation and technology implementation engagements, including GenAI / AI adoption, digital ways of working, process change, operating model impacts, learning enablement, and user adoption. Build trusted client relationships and partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic guidance throughout transformation, implementation, and sustainment engagements Partner with engagement leaders and sales teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, support proposals and RFPs, develop statements of work, and contribute to go-to-market activities Contribute to the development of Change Management offerings, learning and enablement playbooks, tools, accelerators, AI-enabled adoption approaches, methodologies, and reusable client deliverables that differentiate RGP in the market Provide thought leadership internally and externally, sharing insights on emerging trends in organizational change, AI adoption, workforce transformation, implementation readiness, and leading practices Lead, mentor, and coach consultants and change practitioners, contributing to the development of a high-performing Change Management talent community Collaborate across RGP practices to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions to clients across transformation, technology, process, operating model, and workforce initiatives What You Will Bring 10-15+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation consulting, technology-enabled implementation, or related advisory roles, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex client engagements Experience delivering change management and learning services across the full engagement lifecycle, from opportunity shaping, assessment, roadmap development, solution design, implementation, adoption measurement, and sustainment Learning and development background required, with experience conducting learning needs assessments, designing enablement strategies, developing training curricula, supporting instructional design, and measuring learning effectiveness and adoption outcomes Demonstrated success delivering advisory services and contributing to revenue growth through business development, sales pursuits, account expansion, proposal development, and executive-level client relationship management Proven ability to manage client engagements and deliver high-quality, client-ready outcomes across complex, ambiguous, and fast-moving transformation environments. Experience leading teams of consultants or change practitioners, including work planning, coaching, quality review, performance feedback, and delivery oversight. Experience initiating and supporting sales pursuits, developing client roadmaps, shaping solution approaches, estimating engagement scope, and creating proposal and SOW content Hands-on implementation and engagement experience supporting enterprise transformations, technology deployments, AI adoption, learning and enablement programs, process redesign, operating model change, or workforce transformation Practical experience applying structured change methodologies and tools to assess readiness, manage stakeholder impacts, build adoption plans, measure outcomes, and sustain behavior change Strong project management, analytical, facilitation, problem-solving, and executive communication capabilities Ability to communicate effectively with executives, sponsors, impacted stakeholders, project teams, and frontline audiences, and to develop polished client-ready deliverables Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments, including business, technology, HR, learning and development, communications, training, PMO, operations, and external delivery partners Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Change management certification required, such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner / ADKAR, CCMP, ACMP, Kotter Change Certification, or equivalent; PMP, Agile, learning and development, AI, or technology implementation certifications a plus.
