Engineering Manager

What you’ll do Drive execution on key product initiatives and outcomes—from shaping technical direction to delivering high-quality user-facing features. Be a force multiplier, leading, managing and growing a small team of engineers, while strategically hiring and evolving the team as we scale. Work with leadership to align engineering priorities with company-wide OKRs and shape long-term product and technical strategy. Champion engineering best practices and be a steward of code quality, system design, and technical decision-making. Operate with a balance of coaching and hands-on involvement. What we’re looking for 2+ years of experience managing engineers. Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain world-class engineering talent, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and impact. Strong hands-on experience with shipping production software and modern web technologies—React, TypeScript, Python/Flask, Postgres (or similar stacks). Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re comfortable working cross-functionally and making tradeoffs with product/design and other stakeholders. Experience building growth features, internal tools, or working in marketplace or B2B SaaS contexts.
