Responsibilities · Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery for Healthcare Facets programs, ensuring successful execution of functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing across multiple workstreams. · Own test strategy, planning, estimation, and governance, including test scope definition, resource planning, risk management, defect management, and release readiness assessments. · Manage multi-vendor and cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore locations, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery of project objectives Required Qualifications · 10+ years of Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering experience with a strong focus on Healthcare Payer systems and Facets platform testing · Proven expertise in end-to-end test management, including test strategy, estimation, planning, execution, defect management, and release governance for large-scale Facets programs. · Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare Payer operations, including Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider, Billing, and EDI transactions (834/837/835). · Demonstrated experience leading multi-vendor, cross-functional, and onsite-offshore delivery teams for complex transformation and modernization initiatives. · Strong expertise in stakeholder management, client governance, executive communication, and delivery leadership, including managing SLAs and service commitments. · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Healthcare and Quality certifications are preferred. Salary and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
