What You Will Do Take ownership of, and lead, a team of engineers for the timely delivery of features based on Agile sprints. Review code developed by your team of engineers, and aid in their training and development. Contribute to the design, architecture, research and development of core platform and applications (which may include aspects of data transmission, cryptography, back-end and front-end development). Own application features end to end: building, deploying, and iterating at every stage. Work across both the backend and frontend to design, architect, and scale our core platform. Ensure high performance, accuracy, and security for global user groups handling massive data streams. Collaborate directly with our Chief Product Officer and Lead Engineers to align your work with the broader product vision. What We Are Looking For Experience: 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience developing web-based products. Core Tech: Technical proficiency in Python and JavaScript. Our Stack (Bonus Points): Experience with Vue.js, Pinia, TypeScript, MongoDB, AI/LLMs, or DevOps tools is a major plus. The Right Mindset: You thrive in a startup environment.
