What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll own the flow of YouTube performance data that our customer-facing teams rely on: pulling and organising views, retention, CTR, impressions, and audience demographics, then turning that into something an account lead can put in front of a creator. That includes helping prepare the weekly creator reports covering what was tested, what worked, and what comes next, and flagging trends, anomalies, and opportunities as they surface in channel data rather than waiting to be asked. When a customer conversation is coming up, you’re the person who makes sure the numbers behind it are ready and defensible. A large part of the work is testing and optimisation on behalf of those accounts. You’ll support the execution of A/B tests across thumbnails, titles, and packaging, help manage retention testing workflows and document the results so they’re legible to whoever is presenting them, and assist with setting up, monitoring, and reporting on ad campaigns through Chronicle’s platform. Alongside the reporting itself, you’ll build and maintain lightweight data pipelines that automate collection, storage, cleaning. You’ll use agentic AI tools such as Claude, Codex, and agent frameworks to automate complex analysis, report generation, and QA, and work directly with LLM APIs, embeddings, and structured-output calls to build internal tools that make customer reporting and research faster and more consistent. On the product side, you’ll learn and operate Chronicle’s internal tools for audience simulation, campaign optimisation, and monitoring, and contribute to improving them. We’re particularly interested in your eye for where automation and agentic tooling can replace repetitive manual work, especially the reporting and data-preparation burden that currently sits on the teams closest to customers. More broadly, you’ll support the customer success organisation with whatever the week demands: research, data pulls, deck prep, QA. These teams are scaling quickly, so the processes you inherit are ones you’ll be expected to help improve.
