Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Telehealth)

A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a high-volume clinical team providing telehealth care in their Brooklyn office. This role is ideal for a fast-paced, confident provider who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making a consistent impact through direct patient care. You will be seeing a high volume of patients daily, delivering efficient, high-quality medical evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-ups in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations via telehealth and in-person visits

Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions

Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans

Document all encounters accurately and in compliance with protocols

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care

Provide patient education and follow-up guidance

Maintain compliance with state laws, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Active NP or PA license in New York State

1-2 years of previous clinical experience preferred

Comfortable seeing high patient volume

Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Willingness to work the specified evening and weekend schedule
