Job description

Oligo is seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize regional demand generation programs, campaigns, and events that build pipeline and drive revenue. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, digital marketing, and customer success to bring Oligo's story to the field , through in-person events, virtual programs, and targeted account-based initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to make a direct, measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute regional field marketing programs: meetups, executive dinners, workshops, and third-party conferences, partnering with AEs and SDRs on meeting-setting campaigns to drive pipeline.
Own event logistics end-to-end (venues, contracts, registration, vendors, onsite execution) and ensure strong post-event follow-up, lead routing, and CRM reporting.
Lead Oligo's presence at major national industry events (e.g., Black Hat, RSA, AWS re:Invent, FS-ISAC), including booth strategy, logistics, and lead capture.
Plan and execute channel events and support channel partner enablement.
Manage customer marketing programs: newsletter, webinars, gifting — and coordinate the Customer Advisory Board (CAB).
Own the webinar program end-to-end: monthly demo webinars, quarterly thought leadership, and customer case studies, including promotion and post-event analysis.
Plan internal company events such as Sales Kickoff (SKO), holiday parties, and team bonding.
Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, content, and product marketing on integrated campaigns, and manage the field marketing budget, vendors, and reporting.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
