Job description
The Opportunity
Glidepath Advisors is building out a scalable distribution function and go to market strategy to drive its next phase of
growth. As a business development associate, you’ll be part of the engine driving the strategy to reach advisors and
end investors – turning leads into client conversations, conversations into relationships, and relationships into capital
raised.
This is a ground-floor seat. You'll work directly with the Head of Distribution and the broader Glidepath team, with
real exposure to firm strategy and a clear path to grow as the distribution function scales.
What You'll Do
Target and develop new sales leads focused on the UHNW, RIA and Multi-Family Office channels. Partner with senior distribution leaders to qualify and drive progress on leads generated throughout the organization.
Develop and maintain relationships with independent RIA practices, advisor teams, and end investors.
Provide real time feedback from prospects and clients to refine narrative and product offerings.
Contribute to thought leadership and marketing content, translating product and tax concepts into advisor-friendly materials.
Take ownership of the CRM & pipeline management, providing actionable insights and help drive tactical and strategic decisions. Track and report on pipeline activity and conversion metrics; flag friction points and propose process improvements.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in wealth management, ideally at an asset manager or an independent RIA.
A track record of success in direct client engagement — advisor-facing, investor-facing, or both.
Detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to build, follow, and improve process.
High energy and ability to work in fast paced, ever changing, entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong visualization and powerpoint skills a plus.
Must obtain Series 7 and 63 within 6 months of start date; Glidepath will support licensing costs, study time, and
sponsorship.
