BMO is currently sourcing for a Project Manager / Program Manager in Corporate Treasury to support the Liquidity Enhancement Program. This is a hybrid contract role in Toronto (2 days in office per week).

Role Overview:
The Project Manager / Program Manager blend will lead a significant Corporate Treasury Liquidity Enhancement Program focused on risk management driven by regulatory requirements. This role includes overseeing multiple concurrent projects and implementing a third-party technology solution to meet compliance and risk obligations, while fostering collaboration with senior stakeholders and managing Steering Committee governance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Corporate Treasury Liquidity Enhancement Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage ~4 concurrent projects and workstreams within the program, coordinating resources effectively.
- Facilitate sessions with senior leadership and operate Steering Committee governance.
- Implement a third-party technology solution to address regulatory and risk obligations.
- Monitor and manage dependencies across technology, data, finance, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Conduct timely risk assessments and enable clear escalation and decision-making processes within the program.

Must-Have Skills:
- Senior Program Management experience in the banking sector.
- Proven experience in Corporate Treasury and finance domain.
- Exposure to liquidity risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across executive and delivery teams.
- Solid organizational, planning, and governance capabilities.
- Strong executive communication skills with a polished presence.

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with large-scale technology implementations in financial services.
- Familiarity with Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of governance-heavy program management practices.

Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates a strong executive presence and ability to lead under pressure.

Qualifications

Corporate Treasury and finance domain: 1 - 10 years (Desired)
Excellent stakeholder management skills: 5 - 10 years (Required)
