BMO is currently sourcing for a Provisioning Support Analyst, Intermediate.
This is a hybrid contract role in Toronto (2 to 3 days in office per week).

Role Overview

This role supports enterprise ID management and access provisioning for BMO, acting as the coordination point between hiring managers and the service ticketing process. The work covers software access, hardware setup for new joiners, and access removal for departing employees. It is a high-touch, medium-to-high volume position that keeps onboarding and offboarding moving on time and ensures access controls are applied accurately across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user IDs and provision system and software access through the ticketing system
Process inbound access and equipment requests submitted through Microsoft Power Apps
Coordinate hardware provisioning, including laptop setup and distribution for new joiners
Remove and disable access for offboarding employees within required timelines
Act as the intermediary between hiring managers and ServiceNow ticket submission
Track and prioritize a steady request queue to meet onboarding start dates
Maintain accurate provisioning records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with ID management and access provisioning
Experience working within a ticketing system environment
ServiceNow ticket submission and workflow experience
Microsoft Power Apps request intake experience
Hardware provisioning experience, including laptop setup for new hires
Onboarding and offboarding access workflow knowledge
IT coordination experience at an intermediate level or above
Nice to Have Skills

Configuration experience
Experience in a large enterprise or financial services environment
Exposure to high-volume seasonal onboarding cycles
Familiarity with access governance or audit reporting requirements
Ideal Candidate

Has supported provisioning or IT service delivery at enterprise scale, where request volume is consistently medium to high
Has worked directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders rather than only through a queue
Is available to start immediately and to attend an in-person interview at First Canadian Place
Can accommodate occasional seasonal overtime during peak onboarding periods
Qualifications

Experience working within a ticketing system environment: 3 - 5 years (Required)
Microsoft Power Apps request intake experience: 3 - 5 years (Required)
Hardware provisioning experience, including laptop setup for new hires: 3 - 5 years (Required)
