Job description

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – REAL ESTATE LEASING & FINANCING (REMOTE)
Herzl Capital LLC

Location: Remote / Work from home

Herzl Capital LLC is looking for a highly communicative, persistent business development professional to help move commercial real estate opportunities forward on both the leasing and financing sides of our business.

We already have properties and active opportunities. This role is about creating and maintaining interest: contacting prospective tenants, brokers, lenders and other market participants by phone, email, text and other channels; starting conversations; following up consistently; sending the right information; and moving opportunities toward a transaction.

The role has two primary areas:

Leasing / tenant development: Identify and contact prospective tenants and brokers, understand space requirements, present available properties, keep prospects engaged, and follow up until there is a clear outcome.

Financing / lender development: Help take financing requests from initial request through lender outreach, term discussions, document collection, due diligence and closing. Build and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, private lenders, mortgage brokers and other financing sources.

This is a phone-heavy role. The right person must be comfortable making many outbound calls, following up across phone/email/text, staying organized across many conversations, and hearing “no” without losing momentum. Persistence, professionalism and relationship-building matter more than getting an immediate yes.

The goal is not simply activity—it is value creation. On financing, that means helping owners and borrowers obtain competitive loan terms. On leasing, it means generating qualified interest and helping turn conversations into leases.

We are looking for someone who is confident and professional on the phone, a strong written communicator, persistent, self-directed and organized, interested in sales, relationships and deals, comfortable with rejection and follow-up, and able to maintain a clean pipeline/CRM. Commercial real estate, lending, leasing or sales experience is helpful but not required; a strong willingness to learn is important.

The person will learn commercial real estate leasing, lender and borrower relationships, financing requests and term sheets, documentation and closing processes, negotiation, follow-up, and how to build a long-term professional network.

To apply, please email a resume and a brief note to [email protected].
