Senior Application Developer

Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Application Development Manager, the Sr. Applicaton Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of web-based solutions.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

· Design and develop custom applications to meet the needs of Practice Groups and Business Professionals.

· Meet with stakeholders to gather business requirements and specifications.

· Develop new solutions to replace legacy systems by leveraging modern programming languages, platforms and technologies.

· Develop systems integrations applications between business applications against disparate datasources and APIs.

· Follow software development and testing methodologies and best practices.

· Maintain, support and troubleshoot applications, applying solutions and fixes. Work with outside consultants and vendors as needed.

· Communicate to Management Team project status, issues and risks.

Job Specifications:

· 5+ years’ development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS and ReactJS framework

· 2+ years’ development experience with SharePoint Online development frameworks.

· 2+ years’ development experience with Power Platform (implementing PowerApps).

· Experience with Aderant Handshake, Nintex and Sharegate development frameworks and utilities.

· Strong hands-on modern SharePoint (SPFx) custom code development experience

· Proficient in SQL including data modeling, stored procedures and views.

· Able to work independently, as well as within a team, and take the lead on projects. Excellent customer service skills, and ability to interact directly with clients.

· Extensive experience with the full systems development lifecycle, covering requirements, design, development, testing and delivery

In addition:

Bachelor’s degree from an approved and accredited college
MCSD or MCSE preferred
Legal experience preferred
