Operations Manager – E-Commerce

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. This role will focus on overseeing processes, coordinating teams, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily e-commerce operations, including fulfillment, inventory, and order management

Optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience

Track KPIs and monitor operational performance

Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, customer service, and internal teams

Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions

Ensure company processes, procedures, and standards are consistently maintained

Requirements & Skills:

3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar management role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory, and fulfillment operations

Strong communication and decision-making skills

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment
