This is very much a player/coach role which requires Hospitals/Healthcare experience. Provide oversight for the Talent Acquisition function; manage provider recruitment (physicians nurses, support staff, etc); Review and approve vendor contracts, supervise a team of direct reports, create job descriptions; partner with the business, develop policies & procedures, etc. Assist with senior/executive director level searches.
